Oh Andy!! I liked Andy when I read about him in Brody's book. I felt bad for him for being with Blaire. But to see what he goes thru after leaving her. Blaire will ALWAYS be on my enemy list never to redeem herself.Andy is such a caring and loving person to everyone and he is such an awesome dad. His kids are always #1 even if he does have to work a lot. I loved Logan & Becca.
Danicka is such a strong woman, if not stubborn at times. But I could understand how she was the way she was. Andy brought her out of that shell. She is great to the kids and they absolutely love her.
I also enjoyed getting to see more into Brody and Viper's lives in this book of Andy's too.
I am really sad to see these characters end, but I am excited to see what Beth comes out with next!

I first have to say I love this series and was so excited when it was announced Andy was going to get his own book and I am so happy to say it was worth the wait.
Andy a single father is trying to do it all, build a success business to keep himself and his children comfortable. He has to deal with a b*tch of an ex wife who just is around to live off of Andy's money. After hearing from his children that he isn't there for them he decides that it's time to hire a partner to help run his sports management firm.
Danicka is trying to make it in a malecentric profession, after being treated poorly at her last firm she decides to join Andy`s firm and to bring some of her clients with her. Trying to make it as a female sports agent is tough especially when she starts to develop feelings for her boss. When. Her life starts to be threatened and Andy steps in to help her, she starts to wonder if the wall she has built is really needed after all.
I love Andy, when we met him in the previous books in the series, you feel sorry for him and you start to root for him to make some changes and when he finally does as a reader I celebrated along with his friends. Then to step into his life I wanted him to be happy and for that he needs some one strong, thank goodNess it was Danicka. Told from dual POV's the author does a great job showing where both Dani and Andy are at and where they are going seperate and together. I enjoyed their journey together and there are few twist and turns as well. For those who are fans of Viper and Brody they are definitely around plus a few other characters I hope we find out more about.
All in all a great book for those who have been waiting for Andy and for new readers, this is a great intro to this series.
I just love Beth Ehemann's stories. I love that each little story has some roots into sports, without being overly in your face sports. Such a great spin off from the Cranberry Inn series.
Andy whom is Brody's best friend, is a sports agent. Divorced, with two kids and is trying to balance work life and home life. He is doing well for himself, but can really use a hand. He starts looking for another agent who can help offset the load. This is where we meet Danika.
Danika is a bright, smart, and beautiful young lady. She is currently being stalked, and the stalker is taking things to the extreme. I love how the started off as really great friends and it turned to lovers. I love a good second chance love story.
Andrew Shaw is a father of two and a successful sports agent. His business has grown so much that it is taking all his time. So he decides to hire another agent to help carry the work load. After many interviews he finds Danicka Douglas. Danicka is a hard worker and has really started to make a name for herself in the industry, not to mention she is absolutely gorgeous. So Andy hires her. Instantly finding themselves attracted to each other, but fighting their feelings. Until they are in a situation that makes them rethink that. This book was different from any of Beth's other books, but in a good way. There are some intense moments in this book, with suspense leading up to it all. I really enjoyed reading Andy and Danicka's story, sitting on the edge of my seat waiting to see what happens. I won't say to much about the story line to give anything away, but you definitely want to read this book. And of course we get a glimpse of the other lovable characters from this series, which is just an added bonus. All together making this another great book by Beth Ehemann.
We first met Andy Shaw in The Cranberry Series and have wanted his story since, and it was well worth them wait.
Andy Shaw is the total package. A Great Single Dad, A Fantastic Sports Agent with his own firm and an Incredible Friend. But what Andy needs is more time to spend with his kids and the only way to do that is find a partner, what he doesn't expect is to find the beautiful Danicka Douglas who herself is the perfect match.
Dani Douglas is herself a Sports Agent, A Great Friend and Daughter but is looking for a new start in her career and that's where her and Andy come together.
What you can say it's not a easy road for Dani & Andy, they will have to overcome some serious issues but the strength and determination between the two will hopefully see them through and they can find that HEA.
