In addition to new ideas, this book has summed up about the conflict modern style of life is going through. It states that the conflict is embodied here as a conflict between two systems which are the imperialism and communism, the industrial and knowledge, modern and traditional, secular and spiritual, this conflict between two systems would lead in a better situation if people take the responsibility to act. The effectiveness of the people position is primordial to make the real change, their capacity to fight back, their instinct to fight their will to change weakened by strong and powerful corporations, tyrannical governments which impose the modeled system. The system which only benefit the elite without offering justice to worker class and middle class with small business that keeps the economy on. This injustice, the lack of justice social, economic, political, and environment justice affect society, cause inflation, decrease the capability of purchase, and cause violence. The author discusses the imperialism system in all its levels social, economic, political, environmental, and in technology. Her conception is based on philosophical, social, and futurist studies, she offers a specific approach from a new point of view. Therefore, this book is not a copy of what has been written before, but it is an attempt to foresee the future by introducing new ideas in a logical way using different methods to reveal the hidden truth. This book is so important for many reasons. Firstly, it attempts to interpret the rapid changes that happened to the world in the economic, social and political aspects from the middle of the twentieth century to the twenty-first century. Secondly, it uncovers the ugly face of imperialism and neo-colonialism which try to survive the critical economic, political and ideological collapse by the military invasion of the Third World, especially the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). The book explains that the true and main reason for this invasion is exploiting the natural resources of those areas. Thirdly, the book is a call for all human beings to come together despite all the differences in order to establish a new social system based on justice to all mankind in every known aspect, and thus, achieve love, mutual respect and peaceful coexistence. This book is divided into three chapters Human Rights and Modernity, Imperialism Facing Impasse and Imperialism and the Future. The three chapters are connected together in a natural and logical way that flows smoothly from one topic to another in order to achieve the best understanding of what really is going on secretly under the table. The first chapter, Human Rights and Modernity, exposes the fake modernity and the universal declaration of human rights. How come declaring the human rights happens in the same time when genocides happen?! No wise human being would fail to understand that the so-called "human rights" was a western product to secure the welfare of western citizens at the expense of the welfare of non-western citizens. It is best described as thirty dead articles that will remain unachieved in the underdeveloped countries. Then, it shifts to talk about equality and whether or not it leads to justice. As a result, it discusses the compassion of Islam and the flexibility of the Islamic Law in serving the actual human right

Honesty I really recommend that book to college students. This is the type of book you can keep forever.
I would highly recommend everyone to read this book! The thoughts are so right on key with needing a community based cause. We need to educate ourselves on what the realities of our society is and how working together for a greater cause than ourselves, helps us start to make the needed changes to become better!!!
